Unser Crossing is located in Southwest Mesa, the fastest growing segment of the Albuquerque MSA. With a population of 134,000, it's the second largest market area in New Mexico.

This area is vastly underserved for mainstream retail and restaurants. Residents are forced to travel long distances at an increasing cost of their time and money. The project is located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Unser Boulevard. Ground breaking for Unser Crossing took place June 4, 2009. Phase One development, consisting of major site work and the construction of a CVS/Pharmacy will be completed in the first quarter of 2010.
